If Lynch is not involved, why wouldn't he just go and speak to the police? And if Lynch isn't being cooperative, why isn't the league stepping in? IMO this should fall under the player conduct policy, meaning cooperation with law enforcement. If he is indeed at fault here and is tring to hide it, Goodell should crack the wip on this punk.
