I do not listen to him and cannot comment without hearing how this went on the radio but even with his down fall Imus does do allot of good for children with cancer.

I used to listen to him every so often about 5-7 years ago, so I know all about his charitable work. But, that doesn't excuse his comments and I'm not sure how that's relevant.

My point was people are attacking him like he is the lowest form of life and I thought people should know what he does off the air for children of all races.

FYI
I do not know what became of them, but a few years ago, there was some question as to how the Charity was spending it's money, as it appeared a signifigant amount was being spent on non-charity related things.

I think those allegations ended up going nowhere, if I remember correctly and the "charges" were dropped.
