This whole incident is a joke and should be a non-issue. The ONLY reason we are hearing about it is because the media wants it to be an issue. It will be passed off as legitimate "news" as long as they want it to be.

Or instead of getting into a 1st Amendment battle, just let people decide if they want to listen or not.

Let him speak and let him lose listeners. It will work itself out on his own.

I should note that I pretty much detest the poor excuse for an entertainer and probably haven't heard more than 30 minutes of him in my entire life. But, like Stern, I don't listen and I'm not offended by what I don't hear.

Yeah, they tried letting the market "sort it out" for hundreds (thousands?) of years, and it resulted in slavery until the governments stepped in to abolish it.

Well if it was just goverment that wanted to end slavery they would have had a hard time winning the war with a 100 or so guys.
