Re: Did the Vikes Make Contact With Favre?

Look, the Packers admit sending coach Campen to talk with Farve, and then also claim that they only sent him down to see Farve as a friend and not as a representative of the Packers. Therefore, using that same logic, if the Vikings sent the coach on a mission to talk with Farve as a friend, then the Vikings are totally innocent, or a least as innocent as their accusers. Verdicts: Packers, Guilty, and Vikings, Innocent.

P.S. Innocent in Websters: 2 a: lacking or reflecting a lack of sophistication, guile, or self-consciousnes

Well, I guess in that definition, Packers, Innocent, and Vikings, Guilty.

Good post IMO. It confused and therefore, it brightened my day.

I think the coach was calling Favre so they could watch Jeopardy together and continue playing that time honored classic drinking game, Jeopardy For Shots!

Or maybe Favre was calling him to find out what he put in his lasagna that made it so dang tasty. Or it could be that Favre was telling him about his favorite drink, the Wisconsin lunchbox.
