How much will Taylor pay Andre Carter for #99?

Interesting Jason Taylor didn't try to buy #99, but it's probably a good indication of the man he is and how he respects the game. I'm extremely pleased with the front office in this horrible situation losing Daniels for the year. Couldn't have turned out better. All Jason Taylor has to do is turn out a better season than TJ Duckett did for us a few years back... I have faith. Can't believe I'm saying this... "great job Vinny!"

I liked Taylor's reason for not making a deal for 99. Said he respects his time in Miami and 99 belongs to the 'Phins fans/team. To me, that's just seriously good karma.

I wasn't thrilled with the move initially (thought a 2nd was a bit high for a rent a player), but I am fast becoming enamored of this guy. We'll see how it plays out.

I think it's been a while since one player brought so much excitement to the team. I'm not normally one to run out and buy a guy's jersey right off the bat but I can see myself with a #55 jersey sooner rather than later.
