I like Portis, but last week he proved he WAS a system back. He didn't do that well in Gibbs' offense. We start using Denveressque blocking schemes and he has a huge game. Imagine that, Joe Gibbs actually wised up and worked to Clinton's forte.

I agree,too bad he cant put in the jacksonville offense from 8 yrs ago and make Brunell start playing like he did then

Imagine that, Gibbs adapting his offense to his player's strengths. Not changing it wholeheartedly, but adding wrinkles, as Matty pointed out. Seems I've seen someone on this site repeatedly calling Gibbs too old and stubborn to change
