Maybe they kept Tryon as a place-holder. Maybe next Monday - - after all the vested veterans pass the trigger point so their contracts are not guaranteed for the entire season - - the Redskins will bring in a veteran CB that will put the squad over the top.
Who might that be? Keep this quiet lest other teams get wind of it, but Tryon may disappear to make room for ... Ade Jimoh
