Re: Attaboy's (Redskins-Lions)

I said this in the MVP thread, but Michael Green stepped in for an injured Chris Horton and had a very good game.

And while Cooley's blog has nothing to do with those mental errors, this is a few weeks in a row where he's had a good performance stat wise, but he's made some blockhead mistakes as well. He's still a top TE in the league, but he needs to work on limiting those mistakes.

DD - While Kendall is playing solid, I do remember one play yesterday where he was pulling to the left in front of Portis and got in the way. It was funny to see Portis get up from his tackle all pissed off because he wanted more yards, but good old Pete was in the way.

Eh. Kendall was downfield blocking just like he's supposed to. He doesn't have eyes in the back of his head. If Portis didn't want to run into him, well... he shouldn't have run into him.

Ahhh...makes sense to me now. I was wondering how come I was not seeing Horton. Was not sure if he was a game time decision or what. But Green's name was getting called quite a bit. He made himself known that's for sure.
