I don't even agree that Parcells should retire.
Any coach needs 2-3 seasons to get their players in place and establish their systems. 9 games and this guy has Gibbs figured out? Please. |

Matty, thus far Gibbs has been PATHETIC. I know everyone's scared of him, but I follow the what have you done for me lately mentallity. If this were any other coach you'd be calling for his head.

At least Spurrier put up some points on HIS side of the ball. Gibbs has one of the best defenses in the league at his back but can't get more than two field goals? It's not all on Gibbs, but I'd say 80% of it IS.

Denny Green has the ARIZONA CARDINALS, yes you heard me, in position to possibly win the NFC west. Doubt it will happen, but talk about impressive!

Exactly. Let's compare talent levels and it becomes impressive. They also have two decent teams in their division as opposed to our one.

Gibbs will get it and will take us back to the playoffs. BUT, I'm sick and tired of people giving him a free-pass. In my mind, he is as open to criticism as anyone. Our talent is fine. Our playcalling stinks. Gibbs will turn it around, I just want to know when. I haven't seen any improvements in our offense (which is supposed to be Gibbs' realm).
