Re: Tony romo says
Talking about how even though Romo is talking trash, the Cowboys are a healthier team by far right now and have their backs against the wall. Unless we can get production from Randle El and the other WRs other than Moss since he might not play, we will probably lose. I am basically calling out Randle El to earn his pay, along with the other Wrs on our team. Their stats are rather weak. |

As for calling out Randle El, he's on pace to shatter his career high in receptions, Campbell is the 7th ranked qb in the league, and we have yet to see Chris Cooley really be a force in the passing game yet this season. Are you a Vikings fan? |

But when you buy a cheeseburger from McDonalds, can you really go home and be mad that it doesn't have lettuce and tomatoes on it? You saw the pic, its just a cheeseburger with mustard, ketchup, and those rehydrated onions. ARE is just a cheeseburger, don't a double cheeseburger, but just a cheeseburger. You want the works, go buy a Whopper Jr. |

But as a WR I disagree. He's been pretty solid for us the last 2 years. He's on pace for career highs in catches (64) and yards (766) this year and he's quietly been pretty clutch when we've needed a 3rd down catch. |

[quote=memphisskin;499949]Healthier now? It was Week 4!
As for calling out Randle El, he's on pace to shatter his career high in receptions, Campbell is the 7th ranked qb in the league, and we have yet to see Chris Cooley really be a force in the passing game yet this season. Are you a Vikings fan?[/quote Randle El has nothing close to a number 2 WR numbers in yardage and isn't the threat the FO envisioned him to be. I don't consider him much of a threat. Where the hell was he in the Detroit game or Pittsburgh? Remember Westbrook and Connell together? Sure that was back in '99-'00, but they complimented each other well and got a fair enough of TD's. Thrash was a decent #3-4 Wr back then also. Outside of Moss, I don't think we have a good WR corp. Thrash is over the hill now IMHO. The two rooks are wastes of cap space thus far, and Randle El isn't the threat he was supposed to be. He might be doing better than previous seasons(Shit that isn't that hard) with us, but I am saying he still isn't the threat he was brought here to be. |
