Re: Question about Coach Zorn
My beef is the Redskins played with very little intensity. They played like the old Redskins, not the team from the second game up until the Steelers debacle. The defense has always looked good except for dropped balls that should have been interceptions. But we still have trouble getting the ball into the end zone (obviously!).

Re: Question about Coach Zorn
i totally agree with this statement. i didnt see any intensity, no hunger or energy. no one was really fired up from what i saw

Re: Question about Coach Zorn
This is something that is so subjective. Watching the game I was impressed with the way guys were flying around on D. There was some good hittin' going on out there.

Re: Question about Coach Zorn
I thought he called a conservative game. One long pass down the field!
However, I did have a revelation later in the game: Why have Gibbs, Saunders and Zorn all had such limited and similiar playcalling? 1) Jason Campbell is ready yet? 2) Our WR aren't ready? 3) OL is getting beat? Either Zorn has a limited imagination or he's doing the plays that the team can handle [based on practices]. BL - Team's know that Clinton Portis is the center of our offense. Stop him and we've got nothing left. |
