A great football team(80's Skins) is built front to back and from the middle to the sidelines. This regime continues to want to build from receivers and backs. Look at Carolina, It doesn't matter what back if there are no holes. That is what makes CP exceptional he is doing this at 4 yds a crack and no big runs.

I think you may see some moves on the OL and DL to try different players. That's where we need the most improvement now and we need to see who we might want to keep next season.

I mentioned this another thread a few days back. It's a bit interesting to note that most (if not all) of the linemen on both sides of the ball that led the Redskins to 3 SB wins were late draft picks/free agents.

This is the first year we've drafted WRs in the last four or five years and for some reason a lot of people think this has been some sort of pattern for a while now.

I understand they got guys like Lloyd, ARE, Moss, Patten...but they also got Thomas, Kendall, Carter, Griffin, Wilson

All I know is that I like Reinhart and Devin Clark and I would like to see them get a chance to start and see what they can bring. I hope they can get Crummey back next year, also liked his potential. I don't care if Clark was a FA, so was Jacoby.

Exactly how I feel. With Zorn feeling the pressure to win, especially lately, it's been hard to get these guys in games to see how they'll do. As much as I enjoyed the wins in Dallas and Philly, and believe me I did, it has made it hard to check out our young talent. You can't really pull starters when you're in the playoff hunt. I really wish this year would have been looked at as a rebuilding year because we definitely need help and need to see if these guys can be developed into starters.

Yeah we need to bring in studs not middle of the road stop gap players. We need two studs on the D-line and some studs on O-line too. Stop trying to pick up these patchwork players and pray they work.

Agreed. But he has had some long runs. Just not any home runs. I wish other people could understand that and to add to that before he got hurt he was leading the league in rushing.
