Gibbs sucked up to CP; Zorn is still learning that he has to massage certain of the best players. He won't make that mistake again.

BL - as long as CP is an awesome RB he has a job here. However, when he starts to fade he won't have the coaches behind him.

CP has had a great season but I dont think he's the home run hitter he should be considering his salary. The stats say he's starting to fade as he just cant break any long runs anymore. If memory serves he's one of two players without a run of over 30 yds this season.
