Re: Redskins vs. 49ers game thread

if we had an offense ..... 75% of our games wouldnt be this way.

it'd be 31 - 14.

and we wouldnt be thinking about holy shit they could score and we prolly wont damn we might lose.

How about M Washington using his legs to jump up to block the dump off?

Surprise surprise. D plays great all game and gives up a crucial long drive in the 4th quarter with the game on the line. It's so hard to watch Redskins football. I punched my couch at least half a dozen times during this game.

Everybody talks about "learning a new system" but I count 3 playoff teams with "new systems" this year who have DOUBLED our offense's points...
I totally agree. I'll truely be amazed if Zorn learns how to adjust during half time and during the season for next year. I understand the whole learning a new system thing and respect that but I have yet to see Zorn making adjustments during half time in any of his games in order to finish other teams off.

It's not looking to promising atleast Heyer has looked pretty good if he can solidify the RT spot when Samuels comes back we may be pretty good at O-line.

80 yards on the 49ers drive for the go ahead score.

I blame Zorn's playcalling! Put in Colt!

I'm speechless. I have no speech.

I guarantee Campbell gets sacked at least once on the next possession as we proceed to get shut out in the second half.

Re: Redskins vs. 49ers game thread

Why can't Zorn simply stay HC and QB coach and hire a WCO offensive coach/playcaller.

Re: Redskins vs. 49ers game thread

How come anytime this team faces any termoil they fall apart, How come we can't rebound from a fumble or interception, It's like oh we fumbled everybody put there heads down and let's cry about it till we lose the lead.

Re: Redskins vs. 49ers game thread

Bottom line, Zorn trusts Zorn more than he trusts his offense. From what I've seen, he puts more confidence in his play calling ability, or lack thereof, than putting the game in his most dangerous players.

As someone aluded to earlier, I don't really see this changing next season. Sure, there will be some tinkering around the edges during the offseason, but I don't see anything in this coach and how his core players are responding to him that leads me to believe otherwise.

Think about it.......PHILLY scored 3 points last week........and now they have scored over 30 this week.......
How in the hell do they give up 21 points this week against a bad team???
