We also faced the Bengals and 49ers and lost, and had a small margin of victory against Seattle. All three of these teams do not have good defenses.

Well, you can't lump Seattle in with the others because we ran really effectively against Seattle. The other two, you know, our offense was a shell of itself, personnel wise. Mostly just Samuels, but Heyer gets lost so much trying to find who he's supposed to block in the running game that it's embarassing.
