I would say Warner for sure. He has thrown for 300+ yards in over 45% of his starts. That's amazing. The next closest player is Dan Fouts at 28%. Plus he has a Super Bowl ring and an MVP.
McNabb is getting close I think. He's steadily been a winner in his career, but he's 1-3 in NFC Championship Games, and has never won a Super Bowl or MVP. If I had to vote today, I would say Warner yes, McNabb no.
