I dont think anybody would have predicted such great success for Ryan, Flacco, & Rothlessberger while most thought Russell & Young would be gamers and they have been flops. IMO teams have to look for pro style QBs that played in pro style offenses in college to help maximize the chance for success.

I'm not sure if I'd say Young was a flop at this point.

Or JaMarcus Russell for that matter. He's shown flashes despite playing for a laughing stock team.
