He got the team back to the playoffs more than anyone had since he left in 93, and he arguably laid the foundation for the future, especially if JC is signed for a long term deal. IMO, even if JC isn't signed & moves on (which would suck), Gibbs drafted a guy that will be a starting nfl qb for years. As Peter King said, Joe Gibbs taught Snyder how to be more patient.
