Building through the draft involves patience. Especially when seeing guys on the field. Some positions transition better than others. For instance, if we were going after a running back -- I would expect a rookie to be ready to go. However, QBs, WRs, CBs, etc typically have steep learning curves.

Anyone we draft I expect them to sit on the bench for at least a year, sometimes more. They may get in later as they pick up scheme and system. Or as we have a less than healthy team. But part of the problem with building through the draft is botht the team and its fans have to be very very patient to let players develop.
