CC is quite an accountant himself, I've examined his stuff thoroughly and it's right on from my perspective. Further, there's another cap source out there who's also a strong accountant, and CC's numbers tie out to his. We have to use estimates from time to time to develop cap hits, this is done when we don't have accurate sources for contract info. But those estimates are always in the ballpark. At least close enough to say with certainty that after releasing Jason Taylor the Skins have plenty of flexibility.
