I would have a hard time understanding what the skins were thinking if Oher was there at 13 and they passed on him. At worst, hes a franchise RT- which, incidently is probably our most pressing immediate need. If Oher can be consistent and reach his potential under Bugel, then he's our franchise LT for the next 10 years or more.
The only way i think the skins pass on Oher if he's there at 13 is if they have a partner to trade down and theyre enamored with somone like Britton.
