at the number 1 spot, it's not a question of that team being willing to trade down, but more so, are there any teams who want to trade up and pay a gross amount of money to someone who has yet to play a down in the NFL.

A lot of teams are calling the Lions about the #20 and #33 picks, and the Lions have been trying to trade the #1 pick but people aren't interested.
