Why not draft DE/OLB there and then pick up a RT in the third-where we're likely going to get a OT who played RT for 3-4 years already.

I have no problem with what you're thinking. In fact, I've pretty much convinced myself that Tyson Jackson is the safest - not necessarily the best, but the safest - pick for the Redskins at #13. He is a prototypical LDE in a 4-3 and we need one of those.
