Like Who? Manningham? He got injured early and was never a fatcor. Moss? You guys don't dress him on gamedays even when he is healthy(which hasn't been often). He made it on the field last season some in garbage time and put up some nice numbers but it was just that, garbage time. I do like Smith but he is nowhere close to AB. You WRs are a joke and if you don't do something about it, its not going to be pretty.

And yes, I know the Redskins WRs are not worldbeaters but comparing the your guys to AB is a joke.

Question Giantone:
What do you want the Giants to do? Go through the draft for a WR or trade for someone? If you want to go the draft route, who do you like?

Why do Redskins fans give a sh*t what the Giants do with their draft picks unless our team is going to benefit. We better worry about what the heck our Front Office Ex. are going to do on Draft day.

Not unless Edwards suddenly learns to catch again. The Redskins already have enough WRs with that problem.

Sorry for the venom, but Braylon was my fantasy bust this past year and cost me the title.

Yup, you are right. But talk earlier in the thread concerned whether Boldin was a true #1. And notice that, if your argument is correct, this means we can't trade Moss for Boldin as some suggested.

Personally I want them to draft a youngster and go that rout.I like the kid from NC... Hackeem Nicks I think his name is ,good speed ,good hands and a vertical leap that can rivel LaBron's(joke )..........You are right about our youngsters but remember they didn't get on the field becuase of Plax and Toomer both are gone and two must step up and we also have Tyre...who is more special teams but can also play WR.I also would not be sad if they got the big TE to help Boss ...Petegrew (sp)I think his name is.

Gibbsisgod is right. Giantone, you guys are not looking pretty at WR without Plax, development of the younger ones or not.

Nicks looks like a good prospect but if you think that Boldin is slow...Nicks is not gonna be the field stretcher than you guys need.

You guys had better find a speedy WR upgrade or defenses next year will be inching towards the line and taking away those holes that Jacobs has enjoyed. Without a speedster your passing game AND running game will take hits.

Re: Braylon Edwards trade talk

Boldin + a little speedy guy will be okay IMO. Edwards is (still) a project in the works and has yet to prove a thing. Boldin could serve as a possession receiver and Moss's bro, Manningham, etc... could serve as a slightly speedier slot option. All the Giants would then need is an outside guy to bomb it out to... Either way, we will have them dialed down pretty well with our secondary ;-)

Re: Braylon Edwards trade talk

I think the players that alway intrigue me is the kids of previous players or coach's. ie; Robiskie. They had him on the NFL network talking with him and he seems like a good guy and probably decent player. Said he had decent hands.

I see Aaron Kelly from Clemson and wonder if he's related to our Kelly. lol. perhaps younger brother? most likely not. Funny if we picked him up in late round and had 2 Kelly's on the team.

Greg Orton from Purdue. Any relation to Kyle Orton?

You all get my point. Do any of you know of any other players who have siblings coming out in this yrs draft like Dockery? or kids like Robiskie?

Well the Giants I dont like any othe NFC East teams but i do respect how they play defense. They served us our lunch twice and the second time they didnt have Plax Burress. That game our defense looked over match just like our offense. I still believe the G-Men and Eagles are the teams to worry about in the NFC East for us. Dallas lost T.Owens and that will hurt their offense this year. G-Men why take B. Edwards when you can get A.Bouldon.
