He's getting a lot of love from those who generally know their stuff around here. Why? and, if he's such a steal, what were the reasons he was not on anyone's radar? Just curious.

I think he plays above his natural talent level. Smart, good kid who has probably overachieved much of his life. You need talent to succeed at the NFL level, so I think maybe his "lack" of talent and the fact that he plays C/G knocked him down toward the later rounds of the draft.

Still, having been around him (way back when he was in high school, granted) I think there's really something special about him. He'll go out there, work hard, and won't make mistakes.
