It is a great sport but will never have the pull here that it does overseas just like American football will never have the pull overseas. Soccer fans are insane! I was in a pub Manchester back in 2000 and they decided to play the Brazilians and got absolutely smacked. I really thought that something would burn that night. The MLS is getting better but our best teams cannot even compare to the level of talent in England, Italy, Spain, or Brazil. |
