I've only met Joey T once. I was like 5 or 6 years old and I got his (and Mark Moseley's) autograph at some signing at Woodie's in Langley Park (I think that's where it was). This was even before the first Gibbs era.

All kidding aside, you may have a problem with the number of cloudy and rainy day stretches they get in DC. You are no doubt acclimated to.....sunshine

HUH? Most of the Hurricanes come right up the coast. They certainly are weaker once they get up this way, but to say that we do not get them is a mis statement.

The water temps 40 to 50 miles off shore in the golf are in the 80's when we are in hurrican season. They are just as strong and it more like we have been lucky that the big one has not hit us in a long time.

Well i was talking specifically the DC area, when was the last major Hurricane? I think the last bad hurricane for the Hampton roads area was 2002ish? Once every 10 years is nothing to me compared to a risk every year living in Florida, but yes there is a chance.
