If Kyle Orton buys a mansion tomorrow, I swear...

Re: Chiefs sign Cassel to 6-yr 63M deal
![]() If Cassel indeed doesn't work out or lives up to the hype, I will declare Bill Belichik (a.k.a. Darth Hoody) the greatest football mind alive. Because of all these questionable moves done by McDaniels in Denver (dismantling the offense, running Culter out of town) and Pioli in KC (mortgaging their future on Cassel); which obviously were not done in NE. Ok, I am exaggerating on this, but I just find it funny that these two guys are making all these somewhat questionable moves after being on a team that seems to always make sure/unquestionable moves.

Re: Chiefs sign Cassel to 6-yr 63M deal
Seriously, he's been in the league for 2 seasons and has posted 70 catches, 995 yards and 5 TD's and 86 catches, 1022 yards and 7 TD's with the carousel of mediocre quarterbacks they've been trotting out there, that's pretty damn impressive.
They may not have any other options, short of Jamaal Charles (and I'm basing that on his ability in open space, but I believe he can catch), to throw to, but Dwayne Bowe is a beast! |

Re: Chiefs sign Cassel to 6-yr 63M deal
No more Tony Gonzalez so teams can double team him since there's nobody else. Bobby Engram is old and I don't know what he has left. I think Bowe was third in the NFL in drops last year anyways. I saw this article a little while ago too ...
