I've got a slingbox attached to an outlet in the DC market...works great.
In the old days, they had something called Sopcast which was invented by folks wanting to watch soccer in the eastern block. It depends on someone streaming the NFL game. I dont know if it is still around though. I'd recommend a slingbox if you have a buddy with a spare cable outlet in DC
