Unable to find a big-name coach [like Bill Cowher] who would work for a fool of a GM, Snyderrato fell back on Zorn. He wasn't supposed to be the head coach of the Redskins and, as far as I know, no other team was pursuing him to be a head coach.

Now, it could turn out that Zorn becomes a very good NFL head coach. We don't know yet. But a person could be forgiven for thinking Zorn is in over his head.
Wow. Glad you have the ability to read minds. I just assumed DS hired who he and VC thought was best - glad to know we fans can actually cause him to hire someone he didn't feel was qualified.

Sorry for the snarky comment, but damn, haven't we been down this road enough. Arrrrggghhhhh.

Going back to my cave. See all the rational folks on Sunday.

I think skinster might be onto something here...

Last year - actually for the past 2 years - the main WR corps was Moss, ARE and Thrash. Thrash is retired and now it seems to be Moss, ARE and "someone else who they won't throw the ball at".

How has this worked for the last 2 seasons? Why should it work any better this season?

By the way, the hiring process logically does not reflect Zorn's ability to coach. Vince Lombardi, hired through a fractured process, would still be Vince Lombardi. Steve Spurrier, hired through a perfect process, is still Steve Spurrier.
Really. After hiring him as OC they were so impressed with him they decided he was what they were looking for in a HC. I don't care why or how he was hired. Let's see how much our team has progressed at the end of the season and have something to actually base an argument on.

Well, FINALLY!

Get the pitchforks, boys! We're blaming the Mods!

Just to make this whole 'Negative Nelly' thing easier and less likely to fill the forum with rants could one of the clever Mods figure out a way to link the Zorn-O-Meter to the color (Mood Ring style) of everyones avatar and then we'd know how you feel without you posting every five minutes.

Come on, Mods, one glowing icon in an avatar could save this site.

I've been reading most of the threads and I can't believe that most fans have given up on the season already. Please correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the Giants not the same team that lost three games in the began of the year and made there Super ball run afters. CHILL OUT THE SEASON HAS JUST BEGUN AND THERE IS A LONG WHY TO GO

Most fans? Me thinks you are using the wrong word.

Most fans realize that we have played one game.

With only 5 posts I can understand why you feel that way.

This site is like the most accurate weathercock for Redskin fan emotional insanity.

Please make sure you're back here for the Shenanigans that a crushing victory brings. You can barely post for sugary love-festiness that breaks out. It's like the H1N1 of euphoria.

I like the part where post starter leaves and never replies to anyone's responses...considering it's been well over 12 hours, did someone have poster's remorse?

And unless you're a Dane Cook fan, this is a horrible poster:

I expected them to lose. It should've been a respectable loss though. 10-6 is good enough for me this year.

Zorn sounded depressed on the Kevin Sheehan show yesterday. Working for Snyder must suck.
