Oh, Like the Giants, Browns, Dallas, Ravens, Bengals. All teams we SHOULD have beat.

Did Spurrier have problems, especially with control, sure. I feel that was his largest downfall. The offense got worse as he lost more control. He gave the players too much freedom and thought they were mature enough to come to meetings and listen without being watched like children. Apparently he was wrong.

And I'm sorry - our offense last year was a joy compared to the offense we're sporting this year. I also think it will be turned around by Gibbs, but that doesn't mean our offense was any less pathetic this year. Take your own advice, live for the day and see that our offense was pathetic due to poor playcalling.

The biggest difference between Gibbs and SPurrier, I belive is leadership. I dont think Spurrier really ever had complete control of the team, like Gibbs does. I just dont think he is the type of person who can do that with the pro guys, but he can do an exellent job of it w/ college kids, ya know?

I too feel our offense proboly would have been a little better the way he ran it, but Gibbs will get things going his way in the end. I will be rooting for SC next year though, I really hope he can turn that program into a winner.
