McNabb. He's the worst of the 4, game management wise. No one else has ever lost track of the time left in the half and decided not to spike the ball.

Knowing the rules couldn't hurt either.

Yeah, not knowing down and distance is one thing, not knowing a game could end in a tie is COMPLETELY different.
