And the Redskins will then say "We gave him every opportunity but we appreciate his decision to move forward. We wish him continued success."

Yeah, that could happen I guess. But I think it will go something like this.

Cerrato to Zorn, "You're fired"

Zorn to Cerrato, "OK, goodbye."
