The receivers apparent;y cannot run routes for passes that don't make it to them. There is always an 8th man in the box. Why isn't there any respect given to the passing game ? Ramsey thought they only played games in December because he was always getting lit up like a Christmas Tree.

It doesn't take an expensive Super Bowl winning consultant to tell you what's wrong with this team. I could tell Snyder what the problem is for free...and I'm no professional consultant.
