it wasnt? it was 6-6 until kc kicked that fg. last time I checked a tie score means you are in the game.

Because 6-6 isn't in the game if you don't have a quarterback who can at least get the team in position to kick a winning FG.

Of course its in the game. If the D had got a pick 6 or maybe a punt return for a td they could have won.
