Get an established GM or talk to knowledgeable people around the league about the rising stars in the league who they would recommend and immediately give him complete control. Let him make the decisions from day 1 to fire, cut, trade or whatever he wants to do. I think it would be a good thing for Snyder to hire a younger man so they could work together for many years.

Even if Snyder backs off on the football operations side of the business, there are many satisfying things left for him to accomplish as the owner of the Redskins. Number one, in my mind, would be the building of a beautiful new stadium in D.C. proper. The fans would love that!
