The Redskins offense has been awful for years and they relied on the defense to win games, so Williams couldn't afford to take chances. With New Orleans, he knows they'll score and they can play very aggressive football. Add that to the fact that most teams that play them are behind and throwing the rock a lot more than vs. the skins, so more chances to intercept.

Well put...that makes me feel a little better about our defensive personnel after you put it that way because I really don't see that much talent on the Saints defense. Player for player they don't seem that much better than us, in fact they seem worse, alot of unknowns and young players on there defense.
