Could some of the Skins woes be due to an "easy" off-season?

If you talk to a few of the guys who cover the NFL as a whole and not just a single team, they will tell you that the Redskins have a reputation around the league as a "country club team".

Since I am not there 24 hours a day to see what goes on during the off season with players and trainers and the like, I can't tell you with certainty that the reputation is accurate.

On the other hand, where there is smoke - - there is sometimes actually a real fire too...
