re: The D. Hall incident
Doesn't matter who started it or not, and while I don't discredit Hall at all, the entire Atlanta bench shares blame in this as well. You see Hall being physically pulled into the melee by the ATL Coaching staff. Whether he's talking shit or not, whether he started it or not and whether he's a punk or not, that is totally unacceptable. The Falcons lost their cool period.
Mike Smith's beef should have been with Landry, who got up after the hit and trotted back to the huddle. Instead, he lost his cool and took it out on the completely wrong person.

I just wonder how some of you would be reacting if the situation was reversed. Frankly I love that Smith stands up for his players, maybe if the Skins had any heart they'd do the same. How long exactly did it take for any players to come to Halls aide? |

![]() Were there not enough verbs being properly conjugated on the Falcons boards that you felt the need to come hang out over here after a win?

...and you're defending Hall's actions why? ![]() I like to debate with you all.. some of you are so delusional that you're sticking up for Hall.. that's always good for a laugh. At least some of you are bright enough to see Hall for what he is. (Love the Title of this thread) |

I was in Atlanta for Hall's first 2 years so the revisionist history and short memories of Falcons' fans is pretty funny to me.

Mike Smith is a damn liar too.. saying he didn't know it was Hall. He could def see the back of Hall's jersey and I'm sure he knows what he looks like face to face as well. If nothing else, from watching tape on the Skins he'd recognize the number. If he didn't know it was Hall, he wouldn't have been up in his face since Hall wasn't involved. |
