Re: New Helmet Idea
Thats cool. Im in the same boat. But the way you described it, Im feeling it...I like the orginality. I might have to put a twist on it if you dont mind mind.

Re: New Helmet Idea
Washington Redskins Logo - Chris Creamer's Sports Logos Page - SportsLogos.Net
I've tried to copy and paste the old feather used from 1959-1964, but have been unable to do so, so here is the link. The purpose of the feather is the same as a ball cap bill, it was to shield the eyes from the sun. A little tweak by Summo maybe would help it, but I like it better than the spear, or the R, or the current logo. Maybe on a Gold background as an alternative. My least fav is the R.

I liked the yellow helmit with the R also. Would be neat if they found a way to use one helmit for away games and another for home games. Maybe find some way to draw an axe on each side of the helmit. Maybe instead of the face in the circle how about a face taking up the whole side of the helmit and his head dress being the feather down the center? |
