You beat me to the punch. There will be no offer for Trotter by himself. He might (and that is a BIG might) be packaged in a multiplayer - draft pick swap type of deal; where he is thrown in as a "please take him, you can have him for free" type thing.
The fact that he has to go, works against the Redskins.
If there is no offer he will be cut soon after June 1st.
