portis will be gone i think, i dont think he and shannahan got along well. im sure shannahan will bring his own offensive staff since he has his own distinct style of offense. im sure he will bring his son in to be the offensive coordinator, and who knows maybe his son will be groomed to be a future head coach for us. id like to see jerry gray retained on defense, but other than him i dont really care too much either way on anyone.
