Like someone else mentioned earlier, if I'm the owner I admit I suck as a personnel guy, I leave it up to Allen and Shannahan while I go work on my golf game...

I get rid of the 400 level seats at FedEx field and replace them with an overhang like the old RFK Stadium...I cut back the clubhouse seats by half and replace them with GA seats to replace the ones that were lost by eliminating the nosebleeds...Finally I donate my owner's box to charity and go hang out in the stands with the rest of the fans al-la Mark Cuban...OH and I cut beer, food and ticket prices by 20%...

I also hire a traffic engineer to figure out the parking at Fed Ex field and eliminate paid parking.
