If you can't get players to go to Hawaii with their gf, wife or kids, nothing is going to motivate them to go. Europe is cold as hell in February. Africa is just a dump, along with most of Central and South America. Uruguay and Argentina are nice, but Hawaii beats them hands down. Belize is nice, but I am not sure they have a decent stadium.

Yeah going to play a game in cold rainy London or Berlin really doesn't seem like a good idea.
