While thats an exaggerated example, you get the point. and that doesnt even begin to address the chemistry problems on the team when you're giving Peppers a "100 million dollar contract" and he's not even trying, while guys making the league minimum are playing their guts out.

I won't be sold on the idea of adding Peppers for reasons already expressed, but a salry cap is somethng that's going to be key in negotiations because many feel it could be gone forever. That's the one key fear, if a season is played without a cap, fear is it won't return again.
