Totally agree. I like chamomile at night for sure. About 4 months ago I gave up all soda and energy drinks, so green tea has become a great replacement. Not the bottled stuff though. Green tea bags with no sugar added.

I also enjoy a little earl grey with a touch of vanilla soy milk(the fiancee turned me on to lt).

I will say I don't drink any tea that I'm not steeping. I don't do the canned/bottled/restaurant brewed stuff.

All said and done, I'd prefer a cup of good black coffee over any of the above.
