I think maybe my post wasn't clear. So to recap, Bucs want a receiver, Redskins want a 3rd round pick, Redskins willing to trade Moss for a 3rd, Bucs not interested in Moss for a 3rd. Redskins not really willing (not yet) to part with Moss for a 4th. Tampa possibly interested in Moss if the most they have to trade is a 4th. But they don't really want Moss. I think they'll exhaust all other options first.

There have been rumors of the Broncos and Bucs talking Brandon Marshall, but I think a more likely scenario (if Bradford is available) is someone like the Browns moving up to the Bucs spot and the Bucs dropping down and taking Dez Bryant
