Seems like we are going to do hybrid style, just like Arizona's? If we actually are going to use 3-4, I really hope the transition would go smoothly, just like Green Bay did last year..

Edit: at the ending, Shanahan sounded like if Redskins coaches will create their own version of 3-4 style..
