Unfortunately Shanahan is a 3-4 guy, he's trying to get the appropriate player for that scheme, Haynesworth just doesn't want to switch to NT. Can't blame AH since when he signed he specified a 4-3 D. There was nothing wrong with running a 4-3 which Shanahan should have kept and everyone would be happy.
