In Gibbs 2.0 he didn't have the energy and drive of the Gibbs 1.0, still he made the franchise respectable again and took the team to 2 playoffs. Let's see what Shanahan can do before we crown him as the savior.

No one is badmouthing St. Joe and yes he brought some respectability. I would argue that Joe was still a great motivator it is just that too many awful personnel moves led to his return falling way short of the unrealistic expectations.

I am not calling Shanahan a savior. I would rather refer to him as the Drillsergeant.
